Well Infinity Ward has also noticed this and Infinity Ward community manager Robert “fourzerotwo” Bowling via his twitter feed: the developer is onto the recently discovered multiplayer exploits that unscrupulous players are using to cheat their way to victory.

The patch is currently ‘in the works’ so no release date for the patch has been announced.
